Sometimes our best advice for attorneys is to tell them to sit for the General Bar Examination with all the recent law school graduates. If you've got a natural advantage, why give it up? What are you going to do on the day between two grueling days of essays and performance tests, bill 10 hours?

The physical and emotional aspects of preparation are more subtle than the substantive ones, but nobody disputes the most basic idea: how you feel - both physically and emotionally - has a big impact on your performance. You need to take these factors into account when you begin to consider how to approach taking the exam.
